Command centre
A dedicated command centre keeps every meter commissioned and connected, and the grid visible and protected.
Commissioning assurance confirms every meter is connected to HES and MDMS for live data, while field connectivity and commissioning issues are investigated and resolved.
Continuous loss and theft detection flags tampering, bypassing and direct connections, with suspected cases reported for joint resolution.
